1. Bending strength test

Three-point bending method is used, with sample size of 25mm×60mm, span of 40mm and loading speed of 1mm/min. Calculation formula:

σ=(3P×L)/(2b×h²)

Wherein L=support span, b=sample width, h=thickness

2. Contact resistance test

Typical test equipment includes:

• Gold-plated copper electrode (contact area 5cm²)
• 1.5MPa standard test pressure
• 40mA/cm² current density

Key formula: R=(R₁-R₂)×S/2
