GB/T 17359-2023 "Quantitative analysis by microbeam analysis and energy dispersive spectrometry" is a revision of the original standard GB/T 17359-2012, mainly targeting the application of energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) in the quantitative analysis of elements with an atomic number not less than 11. This revision introduces new technical requirements and normative references to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability.
