Interpretation of GB/T 15105-2024 National Standard of the People's Republic of China
This standard specifies in detail the classification, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of molded wood particle products, and is applicable to the production, circulation, trade and inspection of flat-pressed molded wood particle products.
1. Scope and applicability of the standard
This standard applies to molded wood particle products for indoor and outdoor use, excluding molded pallets. The main technical changes include:
- Changed scope (see Chapter 1);
- Updated classification method;
- Optimized appearance quality requirements;
- Supplemented and improved physical and chemical performance indicators. )
2. Classification of molded wood chip products
According to different classification standards, molded wood chip products can be divided into:

Appearance quality requirements
Appearance quality requirements vary according to different categories. The following takes the printed paper decorative molded wood chip products as an example:

The physical and chemical performance indicators of molded wood chip products for indoor and outdoor use are different. The following are some key indicators of indoor products:

Inspection includes factory inspection and type inspection:
- Factory inspection: Including appearance quality and some physical and chemical properties.
- Type inspection: No less than twice a year, covering all items.
6. Implementation suggestions
To ensure that product quality meets the standards, it is recommended to take the following measures:
- Establish a complete quality management system.
- Regularly calibrate production equipment and testing instruments.
- Strengthen employee training to ensure standardized operations.
