Introduction

Background and significance of standard formulation

With the increasing abuse of fentanyl-like substances around the world, the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of my country took the lead in formulating this technical specification. The standard established a comprehensive technical requirement system covering desktop smart cabinets and vertical smart cabinets for the first time, and achieved fine control of narcotic drugs through core technologies such as two-factor authentication and full-process traceability.
