Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Functional area Minimum width Load requirements Special provisions
Fire escape 3.5m 16t gross weight/10t axle load Turning radius ≥10.5m
Operating space 7m×12m 80N/cm² ground bearing pressure Transition zone ≥4m
Ladder truck operating area 3.5-5.5m 140kN concentrated load 3-12m from the building

Key Technology Evolution

Compared with the 2003 version of the standard, the 2024 version has the following major updates:

  • Redefined the working space based on the parameters of DLAK 23/12 aerial ladder truck
  • Adjusted the ground bearing standard from 800kN/m² to 80N/cm²
  • Added compatibility requirements for automatic rotating aerial ladders
  • Clarified the application specifications of the electronic identification system

Implementation Points

Typical Application Scenarios

A commercial complex project requires the following:

  1. A circular fire escape (4.5m wide, 15m turning radius)
  2. Two aerial ladder truck work areas (5.5m×11m, 8m from the building)
  3. Underground garage roof reinforcement (load-bearing verification 16t+5kN/m²)

The use of DIN 4066 standard signage and a hydraulic lifting bollard system are required.
