Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the control, monitoring, implementation and supervision of air pollutant emissions from the coal-based activated carbon industry. This document applies to the air pollutant emission management of existing coal-based activated carbon industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection facility acceptance, and issuance of pollutant discharge permits for coal-based activated carbon industrial construction projects and the air pollutant emission management after they are put into production. This document does not apply to the regeneration production of coal-based activated carbon.
