Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the control, monitoring, implementation and supervision of air pollutant emissions from coal-fired power plants. This document applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing coal-fired power plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment of coal-fired power generation construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion environmental protection acceptance, the issuance of pollutant discharge permits and the management of air pollutant emissions after commissioning. This document also applies to non-power generation coal-fired boilers with a single output of 65 t/h and above. This document does not apply to layer-burning furnaces, coal-throwing machine furnaces, and boilers that use domestic garbage or hazardous waste as fuel.
