Scope

This document stipulates the technical requirements for construction solid waste composite powder mineral admixtures and their application and construction quality acceptance in pavement bases, concrete precast components, concrete blocks and mortars. This document applies to pavement bases, precast concrete components, concrete blocks and mortars in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects using construction solid waste composite powder mineral admixtures.
