Scope

This document stipulates the content, methods and requirements for the operation, maintenance and inspection of power receiving facilities for power users at 10kV and below. This document applies to the management specifications and requirements for the operation and management, maintenance, overhaul, testing, defect and fault handling, emergency support, operation and maintenance analysis, and facility status evaluation of power receiving facilities of 10kV and below that are owned by all power users in Sichuan Province. It is suitable for users to operate by themselves or entrust third-party independent operation and maintenance, maintenance, and debugging units.
