Scope: This standard specifies the classification and coding principles, coding methods and structures of 20 types of water engineering information, including rivers (springs), reservoirs, hydrological stations, embankments (enclosures), seawalls, lakes, electromechanical drainage and irrigation stations, water (culvert) gates, cross-river projects, river control projects, irrigation areas, hydroelectric power generation projects, soil and water conservation projects, water intake projects, sewage outlets, sewage treatment projects, water supply projects, drainage projects, rural domestic sewage treatment projects and others in Guangzhou, and compiles a coding table for existing projects. This standard is applicable to the compilation of basic data of water engineering in Guangzhou and the management and application of information collection, storage, retrieval, analysis, output and exchange.
