Scope

This document stipulates the service level, basic requirements, acceptance inspection, tenant services, operation and maintenance of common facilities and equipment, common area management, order maintenance services, cleaning services, greening services, environmental health, emergency management, green energy conservation, smart buildings, information technology, and evaluation requirements of commercial office building property services. This document applies to all work in the process of property service companies providing property services to commercial office building tenants.
