Standards for the management of public warehouses in administrative institutions (English Version)

Scope: This document stipulates the basic principles and overall requirements for the management of public property warehouses in administrative and public institutions, as well as the requirements for asset sources, process management, accounting and information management, archives management, and supervision and improvement. This document applies to the management activities of state-owned assets and public property warehouses in party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, democratic parties, people's organizations such as trade unions, the Communist Youth League, and the Women's Federation, and various public institutions that implement the government accounting system, as well as temporary institutions established with approval.
