Scope

This regulation stipulates the environmental conditions, mother plant cultivation, cutting seedling raising, transplanting seedlings to pots, pest and disease control, and safety and quality standards for the cutting seedling raising of succulent plants of the Crassulaceae family. This regulation is applicable to the cutting seedling raising of succulent plants of the Crassulaceae family in Wuhan, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and other areas with similar climatic conditions and certain facilities.
