- This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, determination methods, hygiene requirements and waste disposal of fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method for early pregnancy in dairy cows. This standard is applicable to veterinary laboratories above the first biosafety level (BSL-1) for diagnostic testing of whether dairy cows are pregnant on the 18th day after artificial insemination.
