Scope

This regulation specifies the measures and requirements for the production facilities, factory-based seedling and seedling production, potted flower production, pest and disease control, packaging and transportation of pansy (Viola Wittrockiana). This regulation is applicable to the quality management of pansy seedling cultivation and potted flower production in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and can also be used as a reference in other areas of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
