Scope: This document stipulates the terms and definitions, protection scope, tea tree varieties, site conditions, cultivation management, processing technology, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and archival records of the geographical indication product Zhouxiang Phoenix Tea. This document applies to the planting, processing and sales of Zhouxiang Phoenix Tea approved for protection by the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
