Scope

This document stipulates the operation and maintenance, environmental protection, safety and emergency management, archives and information management and performance management requirements of domestic sewage collection and discharge facilities, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and general facilities in Hubei Province. This document applies to the operation, maintenance and safety management of newly built, rebuilt and expanded domestic sewage treatment facilities in Hubei Province with a treatment scale of more than 200m3/d (including 200m3/d) and less than 5000m3/d (including 5000m3/d). Industrial park and enterprise sewage treatment facilities are not within the scope of this regulation.
