Scope

This document stipulates the general principles of emergency material reserve construction, the content and scale of reserve construction, site selection and planning layout, building and structure, configuration engineering, reserve materials, etc. This document is applicable to the new construction of emergency material reserve for natural disasters and accident disasters at the provincial (regional), municipal and county levels, and the reconstruction and expansion projects shall be implemented as a reference.
