Scope

This document stipulates the terms and definitions, general principles, definition of inventory price connotation, collection and processing of basic data, construction of inventory price system, economic value accounting, verification of accounting results and compilation of results for the economic value accounting of land resources owned by the whole people. This document is applicable to the county-level accounting of the economic value of land resources owned by the whole people (excluding forest land, grassland, wetland and unused land).
