Scope
Air pollutant emission control requirements, other control requirements, pollutant monitoring and supervision management requirements for domestic waste incineration enterprises. This document applies to the air pollutant emission management of existing domestic waste incineration enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection facility acceptance, emission permit issuance and air pollutant emission management after the domestic waste incineration construction project is put into operation. It is used as a reference for the pollution control of industrial furnaces and kilns that add domestic waste that exceeds 30% of the total mass of the materials entering the furnace (kiln), sludge generated by domestic sewage treatment facilities, and special incinerators for general industrial solid waste.
