Scope: This document provides the basic requirements, site selection and layout, green buildings, equipment and facilities, procurement and processing, green catering, green treatment, green publicity, smart canteens, evaluation and improvement of green canteens in government agencies. This document is applicable to party agencies, people's congresses, administrative agencies, CPPCC agencies, supervisory agencies, judicial agencies, procuratorial agencies, trade unions, Communist Youth League, Women's Federation and other people's organizations at all levels in Zaozhuang City, and canteens operated by self-operated canteens of public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law and canteens operated by entrusted catering service companies (including contracting and labor outsourcing).
