This standard systematically regulates the technical requirements of Xiamen's ambient air cruise monitoring vehicle for the first time, focusing on the control of two types of pollutants: volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and particulate matter. The standard innovatively proposes a dual-system parallel monitoring solution: the VOCs monitoring unit is required to have a response time of ≤5 seconds, and the particulate matter monitoring unit must have real-time data transmission function.
| Monitoring type | Response time | Required substances | Quality control requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| VOCs monitoring | ≤5 seconds | 57 kinds (including benzene) | Quarterly calibration R²≥0.98 |
| Particle monitoring | Continuous monitoring | TSP/PM10/PM2.5 | 24h flow change≤5% |
In the pilot project in Xiamen Xiang'an Industrial Park, a cruise monitoring vehicle was used to cruise at a speed of ≤30km/h. It was found that the peak VOCs concentration downwind of a certain enterprise reached 682μg/m³. The pollution source was identified as xylene leakage through component analysis, which increased the efficiency by 80% compared with traditional monitoring.
A three-level quality control network is established according to the standard:
In view of the climate characteristics of Xiamen's coastal areas, it is recommended that:
