Scope

This document specifies the monitoring conditions, monitoring functions, monitoring requirements, monitoring information abnormality processing, monitoring reports, etc. for cross-river gas pipeline operation monitoring based on distributed optical fiber sensing. This document is applicable to gas pipelines laid across rivers, with working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) and nominal diameter greater than or equal to 50 mm. This document does not apply to gas pipelines crossing the bottom of rivers.
