Safety Management Standards for Office Buildings of Party and Government Agencies (English Version)

Scope: This document establishes the management principles for the safety of office buildings of party and government organs (hereinafter referred to as office buildings), clarifies the responsibilities for the safety management of office buildings, and stipulates the safety requirements for the structure, fire protection, elevators, water supply and drainage, electricity, gas, lightning protection and other facilities and equipment of office buildings, as well as the content of management and supervision. This document applies to the safety management of office buildings of party organs, people's congresses, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, people's organizations such as trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, and public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law at all levels in the province.
