Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cold chain logistics for fruits and vegetables, as well as the basic requirements for product packaging and labeling, storage, transportation and loading. This standard applies to the storage, transportation and other processing operations of fruits and vegetables. This standard does not include quick-frozen fruits and vegetables.
