Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements, job responsibilities, and assessment and evaluation requirements for food safety management and foodborne disease monitoring and reporting in hospitals. This document applies to food safety management, as well as foodborne disease monitoring, reporting, and management in medical institutions such as second- and third-level public general hospitals, traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, infectious disease hospitals, cancer hospitals, maternal and child health hospitals, children's hospitals, and dental hospitals. Other medical institutions may refer to this document for implementation.
