Scope

This document stipulates the basic regulations, equipment and facilities, station management, operation management, smart heating management, services and personnel for the management of civil building heat exchange stations in Heilongjiang Province. This document is applicable to the operation management of newly built, renovated and expanded urban heating civil building heat exchange stations in Heilongjiang Province.
