Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements and principles for carbon neutrality of forest and grassland carbon sinks in large-scale events, establishes the implementation process of carbon neutrality of forest and grassland carbon sinks in large-scale events, and provides specifications for formulating and publishing carbon neutrality implementation plans, implementing carbon emission reduction actions, accounting for carbon emissions, offsetting carbon emissions, and carbon neutrality evaluation and declaration.
