Scope: This document specifies the basic requirements for the peeling of cyperus rotundus, the processing technology, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation requirements. This document applies to the production and processing of peeling of cyperus rotundus. Grading and screening: Use wind screen specific gravity concentrator and other equipment to separate lighter impurities such as sand, stems, leaves and roots from cyperus rotundus. And cyperus rotundus is graded and selected through 12 mm and 15 mm long sieve holes. Beans with a length greater than 15 mm are first-grade cyperus rotundus, 12 mm to 15 mm are second-grade cyperus rotundus, and beans with a length less than 12 mm are third-grade cyperus rotundus. Select first-grade and second-grade cyperus rotundus to enter the subsequent production process.
