Scope: This document specifies the general requirements for passenger flow forecasting of urban rail transit lines, as well as requirements for passenger flow forecasting data, current situation analysis content, passenger flow forecasting model, passenger flow forecasting content, passenger flow sensitivity analysis, passenger flow forecasting report, and passenger flow forecasting post-evaluation. This document is applicable to the engineering feasibility study of urban rail transit line projects, passenger flow forecasting in the preliminary design stage of the project, and passenger flow forecasting post-evaluation. It can be used as a reference for passenger flow forecasting of special lines such as urban rail transit line engineering reconstruction, urban (suburban) railways, and major events.
