Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for the investigation and treatment of flood control hazards in projects under construction, the investigation of flood control hazards, the treatment of flood control hazards, the reporting and verification of flood control hazards, etc. This document is applicable to the investigation and treatment of flood control hazards in urban construction projects, municipal projects, urban rail transit and water conservancy projects under construction.
