- This document stipulates the basic requirements for the investigation and management of flood hazards in municipal infrastructure, the investigation of flood hazards, the management of flood hazards, the reporting and verification of flood hazards, etc. This document is applicable to the investigation and management of flood hazards in six types of municipal infrastructure, namely, the existing heating system, gas system, power system, water supply system, drainage system and communication system.
