Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements, goals and indicators, technical measures and other main technical contents of sponge city construction in river and lake systems. This document is applicable to the planning, design, construction and management of sponge cities within the management and protection scope of rivers and lakes and between the greening control lines of rivers and lakes. Other rivers and lakes can refer to it for implementation.
