Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for slope soil and water conservation in the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance stages of urban river slope management. This document is applicable to the management of urban river soil slopes less than 10m in height, and can be used as a reference for the management of slopes in other rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
