Scope
This standard specifies the quality and safety requirements for pre-packaged foods that use two or more of cereals, beans, potatoes, livestock and poultry products, eggs, aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, edible fungi and their products as main raw materials, with or without fillings or auxiliary materials, produced by cold processing or rapid cooling after partial hot processing, and packaged, stored, transported and sold at 0℃~10℃ for direct consumption by consumers.
