Severity Level Selection Guide

Select test load according to cable diameter:

• Diameter <3mm: 10N
• 3-6mm: 20N
• 6-10mm: 50N
• Structure without reinforcement: uniform 10N

Critical Control Points

1. Clamping distance (L) should be ≤2 times the cable diameter to prevent buckling
2. Pretreatment needs to be under standard atmospheric conditions for ≥2 hours
3. Final inspection needs to include optical performance verification
