In-depth analysis of electrical characteristics

The polarized signal contact uses a commercial-grade diode (military environment must comply with MIL-PRF-19500), with a maximum current of 0.5A at 125°C and a peak withstand voltage of 800V. The main contact and the signal contact are in an inverse logic relationship:

• The signal contact is closed when the circuit breaker is open
• The signal contact is open when the circuit breaker is closed

The voltage drop test shows that the maximum voltage drop is only 0.2V at a rated current of 25A, but the 100mA low current test requires a voltage drop of ≤2.5mV to ensure the accuracy of micro-current detection.

• Recommended torque (4.00±0.25)N·m
• Board thickness 1.5-3mm
• Pitch complies with EN 2995-001

2. Signal contact usage restrictions:

• When power＞60mW or voltage＞28VDC, the low current characteristic will be lost
• 3mA detection circuit voltage difference needs to be ≤1.0V
