Scope

This standard specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of estradiol content in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of estradiol in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixed feeds and concentrate supplements. The detection limit of this method is 1 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 2.5 μg/kg. The applicable concentration range is 2.5 μg/kg~500 μg/kg.
