Scope

This European standard part defines the minimum requirements for the design and performance of stretcher support tables installed in road ambulances to hold the main stretcher in compliance with EN 1865-1, EN1865-2 and EN 13976 -2 to ensure the safety of the patient and operators and reduce the physical effort of personnel operating the equipment.
