Scope

This International Standard applies to power transformers defined within the scope of IEC 60076-1. It provides details of dielectric tests and applicable minimum dielectric test levels. Recommended minimum air clearances between live parts and between live parts and earth are specified for use when such air clearances are not specified by the purchaser.
