- This standard specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of fluoroquinolones in feed. This standard applies to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, danofloxacin mesylate, hydrochloric acid in compound feed, concentrated feed, additive premixed feed and concentrate supplements. Determination of sarafloxacin content. The detection limit of this method for six drugs in compound feed, concentrated feed, additive premixed feed and concentrate supplement is 60.0 μg/kg, and the quantification limit is 200.0 μg/kg.
