Scope
This standard specifies the design principles, measurement indicators and result determination of periodic acid Schiff staining tests for protein glycosylation expressed by exogenous genes in genetically modified organisms. This standard applies to whether proteins expressed by foreign genes in genetically modified organisms have glycosylation modifications.
