Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of baclofen in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of baclofen in compound feeds, concentrated feeds, additive premixed feeds and concentrate supplements. The detection limit of the method is 0.01mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.02mg/kg.
