Scope

This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of reserpine content in feed. This standard applies to the determination of reserpine in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of this standard method is 0.02 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.05 mg/kg.
