Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method for abamectins in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of the contents of eplenomectin, abamectin, doramectin and ivermectin in compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The detection limit of this method is 10 μg/kg for the four abamectin drugs in feed. The quantitation limit of this method: 25 μg/kg for the four abamectin drugs in feed.
