Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method for the content of nitroimidazole drugs in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of metronidazole, lonidazole, dimetronidazole and tinidazole in compound feed, concentrated feed and additive premixed feed. The detection limit of this method: metronidazole, lonidazole, dimetronidazole and tinidazole in feed are all 15 μg/kg. The quantitation limit of this method: metronidazole, lonidazole, dimetronidazole and tinidazole in feed are all 50 μg/kg.
