- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of clonidine and cyproheptadine in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of clonidine and cyproheptadine in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The detection limit of the method is 0.01 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.02 mg/kg.
