Scope
This regulation stipulates the principles, methods, procedures and requirements for the preparation of technical regulations for railway special measuring instruments (including verification procedures and calibration specifications). It is suitable for the formulation and revision of measurement verification regulations and calibration specifications for railway special computing instruments.
