This Standard refers to polyethylene containers produced by blow moulding, which have a capacity of not more than 50 litres.
in order to ensure that the containers be suitable for packaging, food, cosmetics or medicines, containers intended for such purposes shall comply with the relevant special requirements.
When for special containers, Standards dealing with them exist; including requirements different from the requirements of this Standard, the requirements of the relevant Standard shall apply.
