This Standard does not apply to capacitors incorporated in starters; capacitors incorporated in starters are tested together with the starters in accordance with the Israel Standard on starters S.I.402.
This Standard does not applV to capacitors having a capacity not exceeding 0,1 micro-farad embedded in compound within a ballast. These capacitors are tested together with the ballasts in accordance with the Israel Standard on ballasts S.I.397.
